Gift Cards can be used at any participating Lazo Empanadas location or for online purchases (where applicable).
Do they expire?
Yes, Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I reload my Gift Card?
Not at the moment. Once the balance is used, you can easily purchase a new one.
Can I combine it with another payment method?
Yes! If your total exceeds the card balance, you can pay the difference with any other accepted payment method.
Can I get a refund?
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but they remain valid until the balance is fully used.
Can I buy one for someone else?
Of course. You can send it directly to their email inbox (digital version) or choose a mailing address for the physical card.
